Transcend International has applied for and been awarded AATC from the ICF in close collaboration with Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International.

This means that team coaches who have completed their training through Transcend or delivered by a Transcend AATC designated faculty member (Craig McKenzie, Tony Dickel or Michelle Chan) will be able to complete additional steps to attain their ACTC certificate from Transcend International. These steps are primarily to satisfy the ICF requirements.

Who is it for?

Team coaches who have completed a Clutterbuck Coaching and Mentoring International Team Coaching Practitioner Programme delivered by Transcend within the last three years.

REQUIREMENTS:

Complete the Team Coaching Practitioner Programme
Attend 5 hours of Team Coaching Supervision with Transcend through attending Practicum Sessions, one to one or group Team Coaching Supervision, or, validate with us that you have received Team Coaching Supervision from a Team Coaching Supervisor.

Note on coaching supervision: You can validate your external coaching supervision, join 3 post programme practicum sessions or purchase group or individual team coaching supervision from us or one of our partners. We can recommend qualified supervisors from our global network. www.giftcs.org

This programme is accredited for 74 hours, which can be applied to your continuing coach education requirements for credential renewal.

Completing our ICF AATC programme is a great step toward attaining your Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and should you want to apply then the details are below.

You are eligible to apply for the ACTC if you:

Hold an active ICF Credential at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level
Complete 60+ hours of team coaching education (ICF accredited or non-accredited)
Complete at least five (5) team coaching engagements within the last five (5) years
Complete at least five (5) hours of coaching supervision
Achieve a passing score on the ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam

This short programme is designed to supplement your learning from our team coaching programmes and is focused on the ICF Team Coaching Competencies as a key component of your team coaching journey and as a preparation for the ICF Team Coaching Certification exam.

We will explore the application of the competencies to your team coaching practice, identify intersection points from within the programme materials and expand your your team coaching skillset.

Part 2: Online webinar: Explore, unpack and apply the ICF team coaching competence framework. (3 hours) live
Part 3: Post work: Review and prepare for the assessment (Self directed study)
Part 4: Individual Assessment: Complete our online assessment (When you are ready)
