This bridging course is designed for advanced coaches who have had prior coach training outside Transcend so they can “bridge” their training from another provider and proceed to take the Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (Stage 2)
In groups of 10 or less we create a psychologically safe, reflective learning environment where participants learn together. These are open sessions where coaches bring their cases and experience into the room as a platform for collaborative learning.

With an aim to develop ironclad ethics, we will explore the emerging ethical landscape and develop shared learning to help us be ethically strong, but not rigid and adaptive, but not accommodating.
This programme is designed for advanced coaches. Graduates of Transcend’s Certificate in Professional Coaching or graduates from another institute who fulfil the parameters listed under the Prerequisites are eligible to enrol for this programme. Coaches interested in Transformational Coaching will find this programme extremely beneficial.
This programme is a dually accredited ICF Level 1 and EMCC EQA programme. It is designed to create a strong foundational set of coaching skills and ‘potentially initiating a coaching practice’. Coaches graduate with the confidence, capability and competence to coach professionally. Graduates can pursue accreditation with either the ICF or the EMCC. This is Stage 1 of our ICF Level 2 Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery Programme.
