Mentor Coaching/Supervision Subscription

This is for coaches, team coaches, and supervisors. It offers different types of sessions to match individual needs and preferences, such as group mentor coaching/supervision, individual mentor coaching/supervision, and observed coaching practice. The course provides a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach and creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures.

You can choose from different types of sessions to match your individual needs and preferences: 

Group Mentor Coaching/Supervision allows up to 10 participants to learn from each other in a safe environment. They engage in open dialogue, bringing their diverse cases and insights, which is further enriched through themed topics relevant to professional coaching offered throughout the year.

 Individual Mentor Coaching/Supervision offers undivided attention to coaches, allowing them to focus on their own professional challenges, strengths, and growth areas. 

Observed Coaching Practice provides real-time, competency-based feedback in live coaching practice, allowing for instant application and refinement of coaching techniques.

The package costs:

 HKD9450 (US$1210.00) and consists of:

• 3 hours of individual mentor coaching/supervision 
• 7 hours of group mentor coaching/supervision
• Valid for 12 months 

You can substitute or add sessions to the above.  

Additional sessions are available to buy as follows:

• purchase one session of group mentor coaching/supervision (1.5 hours) at HKD1160 (USD150)
• purchase one session observed coaching practice session (3 hours) at HKD1160 (USD150)
• purchase one session individual mentor coaching/supervision at HKD 1750 (USD225)
• Group Mentor Coaching/Supervision: Cultivating the Quality of Courage – HKD1160 (USD150)
• Group Mentor Coaching/Supervision: Navigating Ethics – HKD1160 (USD150)
