Mattel Leadership Development Program: Leading Yourself and Others in the Midst of Change

Welcome to the Mattel Leadership Development Program! This program is a transformational journey whereby we will learn from, support, and coach one another to be better leaders: for ourselves and for others.

The program starts from self-leadership as a path towards leading others. Cultivating self-awareness is the foundation for self-leadership. From there we will train on self-management practices (i.e. resilience) as we transform through innovative, adaptive, and growth mindset techniques.

There will be much time to process and reflect individually and together throughout the program. Please find in the supplementary materials your “leadership playbook” which will be customized and personalized based on our shared experience and learnings.
