CPCM Bridging Programme (2024)
This course is part of the requirements for coaches who wish to directly enter our Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery programme
Programme Overview
1. Completion of coach training (ICF Level 1, EMCC Practitioner or equivalent).
2. Participate in our Bridging programme
• Self-paced study required and recommended reading and video materials.
• Live session with Transcend Faculty
Successful completion of this programme allows the coach to proceed to the Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery (stage 2) training.
Completion of the Stage 2 Programme earns the coach a Certificate in Professional Coaching Mastery and depending on the coach’s preference can be applied to ICF and/or EMCC accreditation.
ICF: Graduates are eligible to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential using the Level 2 path or for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the Level 2 if they qualify.
EMCC: Graduates can be recommended by Transcend for the European Individual Award at the Senior Practitioner level until they meet the requirements for the Senior Practitioner level.
