Mentor Coaching/Supervision Bundle (Matthew Beckford)

Mentor/Coaching Supervision is key to the ongoing development of coaches, mentors, team coaches and supervisors and the maturation of the coaching profession. The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC) and more recently the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as professional bodies have demonstrated the value they place on coaching supervision as a key part of professional practice.  

Mentor/Coaching Supervision is all about helping coaches develop the capability to reflect on their practice and continuously develop through the exploration of their coaching work.
