This program grounds coaches firmly in developmental theory and challenges coaches to become highly skilled in transformational coaching.
Certificate in Professional Coaching is designed to create a strong foundation for building coaching skills and coaching practice. This program is often chosen by internal or organisational coaches and new coaches.
To build on the existing foundation through deepening and extending theories, practice and developmental feedback. Coaches will demonstrate competency at a Foundational level and a commitment to ongoing development.
The purpose of this programme is to develop highly skilled professional coaches in order to facilitate vertical development, sustainable and meaningful transformations at a deep level. This requires the embodiment of a transformational way of being. Coaches graduate with competence and capability to coach at the ICF-PCC level and beyond. The training is fully embedded at the EMCC Practitioner level and qualifying coaches will earn the European Individual Award at the Practitioner level.
